    At a trade fair for style, design and interior design the magazine on the topic certainly cannot be missing. The stand at the “Ambiente 2015” was to show the care and attention which AD Architectural Digest devotes to good design. The motto chosen by us “the beauty of the transient” stands in subtle contrast to the innumerable new products at the fair. The legs of the table and the stool by Valentin Löllmann are charred black; the pattern of the carpet by Jan Kath was exposed through burning; the vases by Lukas Wegwerth were bathed in brine until the cultivated crystals “healed” their cracks. And the motif sprayed onto the wall by hand also symbolises vanitas: the beauty of the cherry blossom derives from the knowledge that it will soon wither.
